You’re the kind of person who views risk not as a red flag, but as a chance to make things better. You have a knack for uncovering insights, streamlining processes, connecting the dots others might miss, and making things better. Spot an area for improvement? You’re already thinking of an improved, more effective way to tackle it. So, it’s true: you sweat the small stuff, so it doesn’t become big stuff, and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
As our Centre Operations Controls Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how AMA operates across our province-wide Retail Centres. You’ll assess and strengthen internal controls, minimize risk, and bring consistency to the way we deliver exceptional service to our members. If you’re a relationship-builder, a strategic thinker, and someone who finds clarity in complexity—this is the perfect fit for you.
