- Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as employee scheduling and labour forecasting
- Work closely with the team to achieve quality-driven goals
- provide leadership for innovation, creativity, and unique approaches to business development opportunities and operations issues
- Hire, train, lead and develop an engaging team while taking initiative to help your team grow within the organization
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity and adhere to the brand standards of CRAFT while following and implementing our processes and procedures
- Restaurant Management: 1 year of management experience
