Team Profile
The Finance Business Management organization is responsible for overall financial, workforce, and vendor management, as well as driving strategic change within Morgan Stanley's Finance division. The team manages multiyear workforce and vendor strategies, responsible for budgeting and financial control, supervises product and service portfolios as well as spearheading transformation efforts. The team initiate, execute, and actively monitors workforce related transactions and vendor management actions in conjunction with vertical and horizontal stakeholders (Sourcing, Department heads, managers, HR, etc.). The team conducts comprehensive governance activities & reviews, maintains data hygiene of primary systems, as well as drives strategy.

Knowledge of French and English is required.

What You’ll Do In The Role
- Provide analytical and process support to Departments leadership and deliver excellent customer service through actionable solutions, which enables stakeholders in the organization to evaluate and make strategic decisions, to drive commercial success.
- Financial management: Responsible for financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, identification of potential challenges, allocations, vendor demand, invoicing and accruals, application Total Cost of Ownership and lifecycle management, optimization, and T&E/training.
- Portfolio management: Ensuring that programs and projects reflect the business targets and structure for how the book of work is being delivered, and business and provider targets and allocations.
- Resource management: Responsible for overall resource management including work force strategy execution and scenario planning, hire approvals and tracking, on-boarding and off-boarding resources, contingent worker compliance, space management/planning, staffing hygiene oversight and related activities.
- Organizational governance and other: Responsible for supporting organizational activities including cost center and department structure maintenance, related leadership presentations, and other related activities.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and/or Business Management
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis packages
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills: ability to communicate with internal and external partners cross-divisionally clearly and concisely.
- Superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability work without supervision
- Work effectively in cross-functional teams, having demonstrated strong partnerships with both internal and external business partners and alliances.
- Creative problem-solving skills who able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
