The Opportunity
As an Analyst, Merchandise Planning at Psycho Bunny, you will play an essential role in driving sales, optimizing inventory, and fostering the strategic growth of our luxury men's fashion brand operating in Canada and the United States. You will be an integral part of leading and transforming our retail operations and will help achieve financial objectives through meticulous analysis, effective inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of our brand in a dynamic and constantly evolving market.

The Opportunity
As an Analyst, Merchandise Planning at Psycho Bunny, you will play an essential role in driving sales, optimizing inventory, and fostering the strategic growth of our luxury men's fashion brand operating in Canada and the United States. You will be an integral part of leading and transforming our retail operations and will help achieve financial objectives through meticulous analysis, effective inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of our brand in a dynamic and constantly evolving market.
Your Daily Adventures
- Contribute to strategic departmental planning across all key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze stock needs and manage the BTA process to drive sales growth.
- Participate in inventory lifecycle and markdown strategies at the style and color level.
- Analyze promotional performance and generate regular company reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support assortment planning and provide data-driven insights.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to work from the office.
