Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with designers, program managers, and engineers to explore, plan, validate, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Advocate for a design system approach by developing reusable, scalable UI patterns that ensure cohesive user experiences across products.
- Support initiatives that enhance platform thinking and improve design processes to foster consistency and cohesion in user experiences.
- Actively contribute to a vibrant, diverse, and global design community.
- 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design.
- Proven expertise in design systems and building reusable UI components.
- Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, hierarchy, and Gestalt principles.
- Skilled in visualizing and prototyping at various levels of fidelity, from early concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready assets with documentation.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate design rationale and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
- Passionate about AI-driven interfaces and emerging technologies, with a comfort for ambiguity and experimentation.
- Experience in interaction design, including wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with motion design or animation principles.
- Background in industries that leverage design-centric tools or platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; equivalent work experience is also welcome.
