Job Description

***Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Woodstock location on a full-time basis.***

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for Daily PDC Dealer Liaison Feedback and act as the Feedforward contact to serviced dealerships. This will include the following duties:

  • Proactively communicate Quality-related information and processes to serviced dealers
  • Communicate dealer concerns and issues related to locating Missing Freight, Carrier / delivery issues to contacts at Carriers and to Logistics
  • Investigate and respond to Service Parts Assistance Center (SPAC) inquiries and dealer-related issues
  • Communicate any held lines/orders to serviced dealerships.


Process and troubleshoot customer raised issues associated with the Quality metrics

  • Respond to email and phone concerns and inquiries directed to the PDC from dealerships.
  • Investigate and categorize claims according to claims processing STS/TIS.


Returns Desk:

  • Revise and process returns according to STS/TIS
  • Key special return requests for customers (as required for recalls, special returns and District Manager requests
  • Follow up on material return requests from GM Dealers, AC Delco Distributors and District Managers (emails and phone calls). For example, missing return credits or missing return paperwork
  • Weekly audit of return paperwork that is received from Cross Dock. Ensure that all lines have been updated properly and make corrections as required. Any corrections are maintained on a monthly spreadsheet and sent to Oshawa for processing.
  • Process paperwork (GMP61) for parts that have been returned to dealers if not in satisfactory condition.
  • Ensure that field disposal paperwork received from customers is completed properly with adjustments and the proper signatures.
  • Complete requests for Sheet Metal Authorizations for GM Dealers.
  • Maintain yearly files and ensure that proper retention of material return paperwork is followed.
  • Provide back-up to the Courtesy Desk as required.
  • Provide support to our Inventory Control Group by working reports as required ( auto TC252, TC253 report, scanned returns reject report, back order reject report)


Qualifications

  • Must be able to work days with flexibility to help support afternoons if needed.
  • 1 - 2 years relevant work experience
  • Post Secondary Education required.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate
