Your area of focus.
In this position, the Shuttle driver is responsible for taking customers to and from the dealership to wherever they may need to be taken. This role also involves other errands as instructed by the management team. An integral part of our team, you are the face of Premier and have regular contact with our valued customers!

Your area of focus.
In this position, the Shuttle driver is responsible for taking customers to and from the dealership to wherever they may need to be taken. This role also involves other errands as instructed by the management team. An integral part of our team, you are the face of Premier and have regular contact with our valued customers!
What drives your day-to-day?
- Pick-up and drop off customers at various destinations in the area
- Transport passengers irrespective of weather, traffic, & road conditions with consistent timing
- Conduct daily inspections & report vehicle faults to management
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- Perform visual inspections of all vehicles and assess condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the car wash bay
- Efficiently guide vehicles into wash area to provide best possible completion time
- Perform visual inspections in the car wash bay to ensure that all equipment and chemicals are in working order and functioning as designed
- Wash and detail vehicles as part of our service wash team
- Assist in keeping all dealership property clean and organized and ensure dealership effects are kept in their proper place
- Be accessible and polite to guests and coworkers, addressing any guest concerns in a professional manner to ensure positive guest experience
- Maintain safe working environment at all times
- Understand and abide by all policies and procedures and practice compliance of policies and procedures daily and/or as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or GED
- Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have a valid Driver's license & be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to analyze, exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
