Essential Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls as required
- Coordinate outgoing courier packages and mail, receive and sort incoming mail and packages
- Perform simple accounting functions in JDE such as entering vendor invoices for payment
- Update and communicate contact information, office directory and global directory
- Collaborate with Facilities and Communications to ensure addresses and contact information on Ledcor.com is accurate
- 1–2 years of experience in a reception or administrative support role
- High school diploma required; post-secondary diploma preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge, especially vendor invoice entry (JDE experience is an asset)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with office tech (scanner, copier, Teams, Adobe Acrobat)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to follow written procedures and work independently or as part of a team
- This is an office- based role in Regina, SK
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs
