Job Responsibilities

• Operation of all Carbonating equipment with computer/PLC interface
• Filtration: Filtering and carbonating beer ready for packaging.
• Able to work in cold/damp environments and ability to lift 50lbs of raw materials
• Good decision-making skills based on the feedback from information provided by the operating screen interface and other related information.
• Operate, clean and perform basic maintenance on standard brewing and support equipment.
• Record keeping – detailed reports of Carbonating parameters and maintaining accurate and complete HACCP records. Completion of checklists (paper and electronic) and 5S audits. Follow brewery standard operating procedures and quality control testing methods.
• Good Communication skills (written and oral) in order to communicate Brewing Issues. Maintaining an accurate logbook and using email to communicate.
• Good command of computer skills and Microsoft office tools- excel, word, power point, email.
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be of Legal Drinking Age
• Engage in physical activities and manual labor as requested, including but not limited to : prolonged standing, walking, lifting pushing, twisting, pulling and bending.
• Lift object up to 50 lbs.
• Work in an enclosed environment.
• Climb a ladder/stairs.
• Work on slippery floor.
• Lift object higher than the shoulders.
• Operate a motorized equipment.
• Exposure to noise.
• Exposure to vibration.
• Participate in the hearing conservation program.
• Ability to wear all PPE as required: including safety shoes, glasses, bump cap (plastic insert), hearing protection (jewelry must be taken off)
• Able to work shift work (Day, afternoons, and midnights)
