About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Diatitian,Diabetes Educator to join our supportive team. In this role, you will bring your expertise to the prevention and management of diabetes and its complications for residents across the Northwest Territories.

You'll lead the development of nutritional management plans, education programming, and resource materials to support adults living with diabetes and work on prevention strategies for high-risk groups. Your work will be critical in improving the quality of life and health outcomes in our communities.

Qualifications

Typically, the above qualifications would be attained by:

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nutrition,
• Successful completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship program, and
• At least one (1) year of recent dietetic experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting.
