ITIL Consultant:

On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for an ITIL Consultant for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Halifax office.


ITIL Consultant - Job Description:

Our client is seeking a consultant with expertise in ITIL Service Management and the use of Jira as a tool. The project involves updating existing ITIL processes and implementing new ones to enhance service management capabilities.


ITIL Consultant - Responsibilities:

• Develop a project plan and budget for the work to be completed
• Conduct planning sessions with key stakeholders and hold recurring meetings for updates
• Gather information through meetings with relevant teams
• Update ITIL Processes for Change Management, Request Fulfillment, and Incident Management
• Implement new ITIL Processes for Asset Management and Problem Management
  
  
  

ITIL Consultant - Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in JIRA service management and ITIL
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Proven implementation experience
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
  

ITIL Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in a higher education environment and governance
• Familiarity with local business hours and remote work dynamics
• Strong problem-solving skills
  
  
  

ITIL Consultant – Assignment Length:

This is a 6 month contract position.
