Title SAP Service Management Solution Architect

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in Service Management to lead the design and delivery of integrated SAP service solutions for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of customer service processes, field service operations, and cross-functional SAP integration. You’ll play a key role in shaping end-to-end service management architectures that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Service Management solutions across various industries.
• Define scalable service management processes including service request handling, service orders, contract management, and field service execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into holistic SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee integration with related modules such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).
• Drive resource planning and scheduling solutions to optimize technician dispatch and service delivery.
• Provide architectural guidance on mobile field service enablement, customer interaction tools, and real-time service updates.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all solution components, from design through deployment.
• Support the development of service KPIs, analytics, and dashboards to enhance visibility into service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with SAP innovation, particularly within S/4HANA and emerging service management capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Proven expertise in SAP Service Management (CS/SM) and related modules.
• Strong understanding of service contracts, warranty processes, service cost tracking, and workforce management.
• Extensive experience designing and integrating service management solutions with PM, MM, and SD.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, mobile service apps, and customer engagement platforms.
• Experience in S/4HANA Service and knowledge of SAP CRM integration is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
