Our Land & Property Advisory Solutions team is seeking talented subject matter experts to help us provide solutions-based support to our clients and their projects. We are currently looking for an Intermediate Land Admin to work directly for our clients in their Edmonton Office. This will be an 8-month contract.
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of property rights administration and the coordination of various land and right-of-way issues. The successful candidate will ensure land data is updated, validated, and maintained using in-house data management systems. They will support land requirements for pipeline maintenance, capital projects, and administer land tenures including easements, leases, and licenses.

The Role
The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of property rights administration and the coordination of various land and right-of-way issues. The successful candidate will ensure land data is updated, validated, and maintained using in-house data management systems. They will support land requirements for pipeline maintenance, capital projects, and administer land tenures including easements, leases, and licenses.
Responsibilities
- Update, validate, and maintain land data
- Support pipeline maintenance, capital projects, and public awareness programs
- Administer land tenures, including reviewing contractual terms
- Conduct land title searches, reviews, and corrections
- Maintain land and ownership data in the Land Management System
- Coordinate entries on private and public lands, including permit applications
- Undertake limited fieldwork to resolve issues and claims with clients
- Track issues and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Set up vendors and arrange payments
- Conduct ownership and title research
- Manage correspondence for land interests
- Coordinate land entries for right-of-way programs
- Prepare real estate contract documentation
- Post-secondary education in business, real estate, planning, agriculture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in land administration/management, preferably in the energy pipeline sector
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about land and right-of-way management in the energy pipeline business
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively
- Efficient decision-making and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and land management systems
