Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Accounting Technician with flexible hours. The position is located in Niagara Falls, ON. The Accounting Technician will be responsible for preparing and managing financial statements, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, working with accounting software, and conducting financial analysis to support the business's financial health.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Accounting Firm or Bookkeeping Office.
• Proficient in preparing Financial Statements and conducting financial analysis using Analytical Skills
• Experience in maintaining accurate Bookkeeping records
• Experience with Accounting Software such as Caseware, Profile, Quickbooks and Sage Simply Accounting as well as Excel.
• Solid understanding of general Finance principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
