Senior Manager, Enterprise Client Profile Solutions is responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementation and optimization of robust, scalable Master Data Management (MDM) systems and solutions that support operational, regulatory, compliance and privacy use cases across customers, cooperatives, businesses and agents. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Client Profile Solutions leads a team of highly skilled contributors such as data modelers, MDM engineers, data engineers, and analysts responsible for building, integrating, managing, and enhancing data infrastructure including near real time web services and ELT/ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) pipelines. They support the AVP, Enterprise Data Solutions to establish sound MDM best practices, data modeling methodologies, and processes, recruit and develop top talent to cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.

How You Will Create Impact
- Partner with business, product, and data teams to create a clear, concise plan to deliver and build MDM solutions to support operational, analytical, compliance, privacy and consent use cases.
- Take ownership of master data domain across the enterprise and define and manage the master data architecture and data model that aligns with the client data strategy.
- Ensure the master data architecture is designed to integrate seamlessly with the enterprise data architecture and with operational systems maintaining data integrity and quality.
- Lead a team of engineers, modelers and analysts in delivering state-of-the-art operational and analytical master data management solutions.
- Oversee the real-time and batch integration of operational master data with key operational systems and applications across the organization.
- Lead the selection and implementation MDM tools, plugins and technologies to meet business needs.
- Lead the development of conceptual data models that link the data from between different data systems into a cohesive data structure that can be easily understood and used across the enterprise.
- Facilitate cross functional alignment and communication across the data engineering community to drive the adoption and build of data models that allow seamless integration of master data across various data systems ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability.
- Partner with data governance team and lead the creation of the shared data language across various data teams by standardizing the data formats, and naming conventions for critical data elements.
- Develop top MDM talent to cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.
- You build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of your team and colleagues.
- You foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience.
- You facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team’s work with organizational goals.
- You successfully convey messages and demonstrate openness to exploring alternative points of view.
- You use critical thinking to guide decision making.
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Data and technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing multi-domain master data solutions in large complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of business operations, and experience in aligning MDM initiatives to business goals and drive value.
- Expertise fulfilling Compliance, Sanctions, Privacy and Consent use cases through MDM.
- Deep understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices for integrating, governing, and maintaining high-quality master data across systems.
- Expertise in MDM tools and technologies, such as IBM MDM or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling across customers and products.
- Experience implementing data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of master data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – able to present ideas to senior level, and a diverse audience. Proficient at turning complex concepts into relevant messages for the audience.
- Ability to interact with peers and stakeholders to define and drive product and business impact.
- Ability to oversee and manage complex MDM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with an ability to influence, motivate, lead, inspire and accomplish work objectives and deliverables through a diverse team.
- Demonstrated experience with a track record of being an effective change leader within a department or team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from IT, Business, Legal and compliance teams to align MDM with organizational practices and needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that implementation occurs efficiently and effectively.
- Have a good understanding of the backup, disaster recovery, and data recovery strategy for the master data solution.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and best practices in data engineering.
- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Azure is an asset: Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Event Hub, API Management (APIM), Azure Key Vault, Azure SQL, and Purview.
- Knowledge of cloud security and networking is an asset.
