UX Designer x2:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a UX Designer III for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


UX Designer x2 - Job Description:

The project involves working on a single buying platform with the potential for long-term extension. As a UX Designer, you will focus on customer-centric innovation, ensuring user-centered design methodologies are implemented effectively.


UX Designer x2 - Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle
• Create sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design intent is achieved
• Participate in observational studies, usability testing, and other customer research
• Communicate conceptual ideas and design approaches effectively
  
  
  

UX Designer x2 - Mandatory Skills:

• Expert in Figma, proficiency with Axure and Adobe's Creative Suite
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies
• Ability to communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedback
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong user-centric problem-solving skills
• Creative and visually compelling design portfolio

UX Designer x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in financial institutions (FI)
• Familiarity with buying platforms
• Knowledge of current design methodologies and trends
• Background in human-computer interaction or psychology

UX Designer x2 – Assignment Length:

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and conversion.
