The Information Technology and Office Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, IT infrastructure, facilities, and other functions, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious and well-established Law Firm in Kamloops!

What You Will Do:
Accountable to the Managing Partners, the Information Technology and Office Support Specialist is responsible to be the go-to person for internal IT and technology support, coordinating with vendors and ensuring our systems run like clockwork. Additionally, overseeing office facilities and equipment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the workplace is organized, functional, and secure; preparing reports and dashboards on business performance, finances, leasing, and productivity to inform leadership decisions; and supporting accounting by engaging/tracking operational expenses, wiring funds and other financial functions. As well as, collaborating with marketing to analyze campaign data and imagine coordination, as necessary.
Qualifications: IT related certifications (f. e. CCNA, CompTIA A+), Certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant field and 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, or have experience in customer service. Experience and knowledge with Law Society rules in a corporate legal environment is an asset.
Candidates should have strong overall strategic administration and IT skills and flexibility to organize a large volume of work and to recognize and act on priorities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and a willingness to work extended and flexible hours outside of normal business hours as necessary.
$23-$28/hour
