Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support LANs, WANs, and Internet systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues
- Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability
- Implement and maintain network security measures
- Provide technical support and training to users
- Document network configurations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT team and vendors for upgrades and repairs
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, TCAP, TCEP
- Experience with network protocols, management systems, and scripting (Perl, Python, Bash)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Dynamic and collaborative IT environment
