NDT Maintenance Lead

Our client, located in NORTHERN ONTARIO, is in the heavy manufacturing industry. They have partnered up with KEC in their search to add the talents of a Maintenance Lead to the organization to be responsible for a Maintenance team focused on NDT Infrastructure within the Plant.

Our Client's ideal candidate will have a Electrical (Electrician, Engineer, or Technologist) background and 6+ years of experience leading a small team in a 24/7 unionized, heavy industrial environment. Candidates who have obtained an NDT Level 1, 2, or 3 certification, in addition to having experience with UT, EMI, and NDT in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, will be an asset. In addition, the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are searching for strong technical capabilities and leadership experiences as well as someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team with a focus on supporting production.
