Position Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across Canada and the USA Analyze market trends, optimize pricing, and advise on sales techniques to enhance client relationships. Lead compelling sales presentations, coordinate interdepartmentally for superior customer support, and expand our client base through targeted marketing efforts. This role demands strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel, offering a dynamic opportunity in driving growth and success.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
- Analyse market trends to determine customer needs and optimize pricing.
- Advise dealers and clients on sales and advertising techniques.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals with key clients.
- Coordinate between sales and other departments to enhance customer support.
- Prepare sales reports and expand the client base.
- Monitor and evaluate competition and develop effective counterstrategies.
- Engage in architectural outreach and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Participate in annual strategic planning and marketing development.
- Travel within Canada and the USA as required (minimum one week per month, all expenses paid).
- Energetic, Eager and Tenacious
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word processing software.
- Strong sales and presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships quickly and across various teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 base per year + competitive commission
- Potential On Target Earnings: $100,000 - $140,000
