Job Title: Strategy Manager

Overview

The Strategy Manager plays a key supporting role in helping leadership monitor company performance and contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor company performance.
  • Assist in analyzing business performance against benchmarks and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the assessment of the effectiveness of ongoing strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to building analytical models to measure market penetration and assess strategic outcomes.
  • Conduct and report on periodic competitive analyses to help define company positioning.
  • Assist in project coordination efforts to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the design and implemention methods to gather customer satisfaction data (e.g., surveys, focus groups).
  • Contribute to the development of client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic planning.
  • Support customer demand analysis and assist in recommending appropriate action plans.
  • Gather employee feedback to support initiatives aimed at improving morale and productivity.
  • Contribute to ideation processes to explore new business opportunities and innovative concepts.
  • Assist in identifying potential new revenue streams and emerging technologies.
  • Support training and capability-building programs across departments.
  • Help facilitate internal communications to improve stakeholder alignment with strategic goals.
  • Participate in change management efforts under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
  • Financial and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in teams.
  • Adaptable and open to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SQL or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
