About The Role
As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you play a critical role in shaping the spa experience. Your primary focus will be on selling memberships and upgrading services, while ensuring seamless, warm, and professional service at every touchpoint. This is a multifaceted role requiring emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a high level of organization.
Key Responsibilities
We are open 7 days a week, weeknights until 10pm, Saturdays until 6pm, and Sundays until 8pm. Being able to work a variety of shifts is important to the role. We offer a commission on membership sales, and product sales, on top of your hourly wage. Part time and full time hours are available.
Compensation: $17.20 - $19.20 per hour

About The Role
As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you play a critical role in shaping the spa experience. This is a multifaceted role requiring emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a high level of organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism, always using their name and sharing yours
- Connect with each client you interact with to build rapport and trust and learn how to best be of service to them
- Guide clients through service options, upgrades, and current promotions
- Confidently and consistently sell spa memberships and packages, gift cards, and upgrades
- Answer phones, handle bookings, cancellations, and schedule adjustments efficiently to optimize schedule
- Confidently and courteously uphold spa policies in the face of challenges or push back
- Assist clients in high-stress or emotional states with empathy and care
- Manage multiple tasks at once, from answering phones to retail sales
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Collaborate with all members of the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Outreach to clients who haven't been in recently and sell current promotions
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Constantly have an eye out to take initiative to elevate any areas of missed client service opportunities or spa inefficiencies
- A natural salesperson with proven experience in Sales, who thrives on meeting goals and connecting with people (Fitness or Wellness industry a plus)
- Strong multitasking skills and unwavering ability to stay calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and unwavering follow-through to ensure clients are always looked after
- Self-motivated, mature and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for wellness and helping people feel their best
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking/scheduling software
- Display a positive, energetic team oriented attitude
- Friendly and approachable
