What You’ll Like About This Job

ATCO is hiring Field Health & Safety Advisors in Calgary to help lead its safety culture across utility and pipeline operations. The role includes site audits, training program oversight, incident investigations, and compliance management. Ideal candidates will have a CRSP/CRST designation or equivalent, experience in utilities or energy sectors, and excellent communication and analytical skills. The position includes competitive benefits and additional flex time.

What You’ll Need

• OHS Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
• Health & Safety designation (CRSP, CRST, CHSC or eligibility)
• 5+ years of health and safety experience in utilities or related industries
• Familiarity with OHS regulations and CSA standards
• Root cause analysis and safety audit experience
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
• Willingness to travel and perform on-call duties

• Experience managing Incident Management Systems
• Ability to lead safety committees and training programs
• Strong relationship-building skills with field and office personnel
