Whissell Equipment is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics in Lethbridge, AB to perform field service and repairs on a range of off-road construction equipment. This role requires a Red Seal Journeyperson certification and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic systems. The company offers health benefits, bonuses, and a safety-first team environment. Availability for weekend work and call-outs is expected.

- Red Seal Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician – Off-Road
- Proven off-road heavy equipment repair experience
- Valid Class 5 license with clean abstract
- Competency in diagnostic and mechanical tools
- Willingness to work weekends, call-outs, and in all weather
- Understanding of Alberta OH&S and safety policies
- Dealership training or experience
- Strong communication with Field Foremen
- High attention to safety reporting and assessments
