What You’ll Do

Project Management (60% of role)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-scale projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
• Define project objectives, approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans
• Lead diverse, cross-functional teams through effective coordination, delegation, coaching, and conflict management
• Oversee project execution and deliverables in alignment with Program Gating Process methodology
• Communicate and report to executive sponsors, stakeholders, project board, and teams through presentations, briefings, and status updates
  
  

Business Analysis Leadership (40% of role)

• Coach and mentor Business Analysts in eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing business requirements
• Guide documentation of current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes and workflows
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and production of high-quality documentation
• Collaborate with Test Lead to develop test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to business analysis activities
  
  

What You Bring

Project Management Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including leadership of large, complex projects
• Proven consulting experience with actionable solution recommendations
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and project management tools
• Project Management Certification
  
  

Business Analysis Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience in complex environments
• Strong focus on business process analysis
• Business Analyst Certification
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage and manage resistance at all organizational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Project & Program Management

• Experience with large-scale change initiatives and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Ability to align project objectives with strategic business outcomes
  
  

Leadership & Coaching

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills, especially guiding intermediate Business Analysts
• Experience driving a culture of change and innovation
