About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst (Consultant) and play a key role in transforming business processes and driving innovation. We’re seeking an expert with a passion for analysis, leadership, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and validation of business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable requirements
• Manage changes to requirements, ensuring version control and traceability
• Capture and analyze current (“as-is”) business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Define future state (“to-be”) processes and workflows
• Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Test Lead to develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Project Manager to align scope, requirements, and timelines
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to business analysis activities
  
  

What You Bring

Business Analysis Expertise

• Minimum 15 years’ business analysis experience
• Proven experience in complex environments with a focus on business process analysis
• Strong facilitation skills for eliciting requirements
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies
• Business Analyst Certification - CBAP
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to engage and manage resistance at all organizational levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Leadership & Coaching

• Leadership and mentoring abilities, especially in guiding intermediate Business Analysts
• Experience driving a culture of change and innovation
