Here's What You'll Be Doing Each Day

• Ensuring the restaurant and bar are ready for opening
• Responsible for ensuring a high level of standards are met and maintained
• Excellent quality service of food/beverages according to the guests needs
• Ensuring work area is cleaned before, during and at the end of shift
• Exceed the expectations of all guests through empowerment and by responding attentively, efficiently and politely to all requests
• Responsible for communicating to the staff any special reservations, functions
  
  

Does this sound like you?

• Able to work evenings and weekends. (Hours of work will flex with business demands)
• Be a customer service focused individual who is detail orientated and able to anticipate clients needs
• Have strong communication skills
• Previous experience as a Hostess would be an asset
• Be an individual who has a professional appearance, positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize job duties in order to ensure time management is maintained
• Experience with Micros or similar system would be an asset
