Develop and implement program strategies that support the banks goals, including digital transformation, risk management, and customer experience enhancements.
Oversee multiple interconnected projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope while adhering to banking regulations (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank, GDPR, or local equivalents).
Lead cross functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and finance, to deliver program objectives.
Manage program budgets, resources, and risks, proactively identifying and mitigating issues that could impact delivery.
Establish governance frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms, to monitor program performance and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Csuite executives, to align programs with business priorities and secure buyin.
Ensure effective change management to support the adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies across the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies (e.g., fintech, blockchain, AI) to drive innovation in banking programs
Skills
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree or MBA preferred).
15 years of experience in program or project management within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs, such as core banking system upgrades, digital banking initiatives, or regulatory compliance programs.
Strong understanding of banking operations, including retail banking, wealth management, risk management, or payments.
