Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Identify and address communication gaps and issues promptly.
- Support project teams in ensuring all team members are informed and aligned.
- College or University education with focus in accounting, finance, and project management.
- Experience in a project coordinator role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
