As our first GTM Engineer, you’ll be the technical quarterback for the entire revenue funnel—equal parts solutions architect, sales engineer, and revenue-ops builder. You’ll design scalable architectures for prospects during presales, automate data pipelines and workflows post-sales, and make sure Marketing, Sales, CS all run on a single, trusted source of truth. Your success unlocks faster deal velocity, cleaner data, and a radically more efficient go-to-market engine.

What You’ll Do
- Help design and orchestrate end-to-end lead generation processes & campaigns.
- Build and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using next-gen tools and platforms.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
- Create automated workflows and systems that scale prospecting operations.
- Partner with leadership to align & develop GTM strategy with sales objectives.
- Implement and improve GTM technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- 2+ years in hybrid customer-facing and tech roles (sales, growth, data) at a high-growth startups
- Expertise in modern tools and GTM stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, GenAI, etc.).
- Analytical capabilities and experience in data analysis + experimentation.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to learn about people, businesses, and new technologies
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
