Compensation range for this role: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 CAD
As a Customer Service Representative at RXO, you’ll play a critical role in delivering on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and provide top-tier support. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes and ensure on-time performance
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
It would be a plus if you have:
- Transportation or logistics experience
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
