The base salary range for this position is $68,000 – $80,000 annualized for a fixed-term, full-time role. Salary is dependent on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
For a fixed-term contract, we offer vacation, sick time, and statutory holiday substitutions.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Facilitation
- Design engaging learning content across technical, leadership, and cultural development topics.
- Create tools, resources, and training sessions that are easy to apply, relevant, and tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and learning sessions that resonate across different formats and audiences.
- Partner with the T&C team and business leaders to support organizational change initiatives.
- Develop training and communication plans to support adoption of new tools, processes, or programs.
- Leverage frameworks like ADKAR to ensure change is people-centered and sustainable.
- Lead the design and rollout of career development pathways aligned with RDH’s Job Architecture.
- Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to define growth opportunities and map critical skills and competencies.
- Manage and maintain RDH’s Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, testing, auditing, and troubleshooting learning content.
- Track participation, usage trends, and effectiveness of learning initiatives using LMS data and feedback.
- Keep all learning resources, toolkits, and development content current, relevant, and well-organized.
- Provide training and support to employees and leaders on how to access and use learning tools and platforms.
- Pitch in across the Talent & Culture team as needed — whether that’s onboarding support, program logistics, or communications.
- Be a go-to partner for anything learning-related, especially in moments of change, growth, or opportunity.
- A skilled communicator and facilitator — you’re confident speaking to all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
- An adaptable team player — you're comfortable taking initiative, shifting gears, and contributing beyond your core scope.
- A strategic thinker with business acumen — you connect learning to impact, and people development to business success.
- Tech-savvy and organized — you can manage learning systems, troubleshoot issues, and keep materials streamlined and accessible.
- 4–6 years of experience in L&D, OD, or a related field
- Experience designing and delivering adult learning, including eLearning and live sessions
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (experience managing content and user support is key)
- Strong instructional design skills; tools like Articulate, Canva, Powtoon, or similar are a plus
- Comfortable with change management frameworks (ADKAR experience is a bonus)
- Skilled in facilitation, public speaking, and learning delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
