We are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to help expand our presence in North America in industrial and process industries sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and maintain client relationships in industrial and process sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract negotiation
  • Work closely with technical teams to create tailored SaaS software solutions
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis
  • Participate in targeted marketing events and industry trade shows
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Provide real-time visibility on sales opportunities and forecasts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Successful B2B sales experience in industrial solutions or software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
  • Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and business software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Professional fluency in French is considered a significant asset)
  • Willingness to travel (North America)
