Health and Safety Trainee

Our client, a leader in the heavy manufacturing industry with operations in NORTHERN ONTARIO and EDMONTON, ALBERTA, has partnered with KEC to recruit a HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINEE. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and motivated Health & Safety graduate with 1–2 years of related experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in the field.

This role offers a dynamic mix of hands-on training, international travel, and professional networking. As a Health & Safety Trainee, you will work closely with the Health & Safety team to develop expertise, enhance your skills, and gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s operations, products, and safety practices.

The ideal candidate will have prior Health & Safety experience and be actively pursuing or considering certifications such as CRSP, CSP, CMSP, or CHST. Success in this role will require strong interpersonal skills, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
