Headquartered at 156 Chatham Street in Windsor, Ontario, the company renovated the historic building which began as an auto showroom and garage before becoming a furniture store, the Old Fish Market, the Coach and Horses Pub, and the Loop. In 2020, RIS was joined by Rocket Mortgage with the mission to improve the mortgage process and deliver an excellent client experience for Canadians.

About The Role
- Read, share, and implement state-of-the-art related research papers.
- Develop predictive models via supervised and unsupervised machine learning
- Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources
- Analyze and interpret the results of product experiments
- Collaborate with the Development and Product teams to develop and support our internal data platform and ongoing analyses
- Work closely with various teams across the company to identify and solve business challenges
- Currently pursuing a master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field to Data Science & AI (e.g., applied mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science or operations research)
- Extensive experience solving analytics problems using quantitative approaches
- Proven passion for Deep learning, LLM, KG, or all of them together.
- Comfortable with manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.
