We're Hiring: Human Resources Manager

What You’ll Do

As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role by aligning HR practices with Rainbow’s values of Teamwork, Own It, and Positivity, while supporting our strategic growth and operational excellence. From recruitment and workforce planning to leadership development and employee engagement, you'll be a vital partner to our management team and an advocate for our people. This role includes:

→ Team Leadership

Provide strategic oversight to a high-performing HR team, developing their potential and maintaining alignment with company objectives

→ Culture & Values Champion

Promote Rainbow’s values and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

→ Strategic Partner to Leadership

Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with company strategy, advise on employee relations, and support team development.

→ Talent Acquisition & Development

Lead recruitment efforts, support training initiatives, and oversee performance management systems to ensure continuous growth and excellence.

→ Workforce Planning & Compensation

Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and the management of cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.

→ Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance with employment laws, oversee HR systems, and provide data-driven insights to support key decisions.

You’ll thrive here if you

  • have 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or strategic capacity
  • hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • demonstrate strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
  • are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

Compensation

Rainbow offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with education, experience and proven results ($75K-95K+ annually).
