Job Summary

• Process & receive Hyundai and Kia dealer orders.
• Package repaired radio/navigation systems.
• Monitor finished goods and packaging material inventory levels.
• Ensure inventory levels are sufficient to fill dealer orders.
• Overlook system requirements and gather inventory data as needed.
• Ensure that all dealer orders are filled daily to avoid backorders and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to dealers who need assistance with system related issues.
• Monitor daily backorder status.
• Inspect freight for accuracy and/or damage.
• Report any damage and quantity discrepancies to Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Competencies

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in receipt, storage and distribution of merchandise.
• Forklift truck, stock chaser, pallet jack experience is a plus.
• High school education required.
• Ability to operate forklift truck, stock chaser and pallet jack.
• Proficient MS Office skills. (Intermediate, Intermediate-Advanced)
• Ability to learn quickly with minimal training.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction.
• Demonstrate transparency, consistency and efficiency.
