As an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Advisor within the Employee Experience and EDI team, you will be responsible for implementing a systemic approach to ensure equitable, inclusive, and non-discriminatory policies, practices, and procedures.

As an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Advisor within the Employee Experience and EDI team, you will be responsible for implementing a systemic approach to ensure equitable, inclusive, and non-discriminatory policies, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a systematic approach to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization
- Collaborate with team members and Talent & Culture leadership to integrate EDI principles into policies, practices, and procedures
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in creating an equitable and inclusive work environment
- Design and deliver training programs on best practices in EDI for all employees
- Monitor and measure the impact of EDI initiatives to provide continuous improvement recommendations
- Studies in EDI, policy, international law, ethics, journalism, human resources, sustainability, communications, or any other relevant field
- Minimum of five years of experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion-related roles
- Proven expertise in implementing systematic approaches to EDI policies and processes
- Strong knowledge of market trends, standards, and regulations related to EDI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence in a changing environment
- Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as 15% of daily tasks require English. Tasks include oral communication via video conferencing for meetings and presentations, as well as writing emails to unilingual English-speaking partners and suppliers.
