- Prepare, fill, label, and package prescription medications with accuracy and care.
- Maintain and update patient profiles, medication records, and prescription histories in line with privacy and regulatory standards.
- Support pharmacists in processing prescriptions and addressing patient or prescriber inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and coordinating orders with wholesalers or manufacturers.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment in accordance with NAPRA and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations.
- Contribute to quality control processes and pharmacy documentation.
- Support packaging supply management and help keep workflows moving efficiently across teams.
- Licensing: Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of BC, in good standing.
- Experience: Previous pharmacy experience preferred; experience in a fast-paced or mail-order environment is an asset. Attention to Detail: Precision in labelling, documentation, and inventory handling is critical.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using pharmacy systems (Kroll) and has strong computer literacy.
- Strong Communicator: Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment; adaptable and proactive.
