Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of outbound/inbound sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.
- Provide regular feedback, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Foster a positive and high-energy sales culture.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Ensure team members effectively follow sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing reports to management.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor sales activities and pipeline progression.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize sales performance.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Address escalated customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency a plus
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-changing work environment
- Proven experience (2yrs +) as a Sales Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in an outbound sales environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in energy is a plus
