Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

About the Role

As a Power BI & Master Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our supply chain, inventory, and production operations by leveraging data analytics, master data management, and ERP system enhancements. Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Systems, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams such as Business Technology, Planning, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure data accuracy, reporting automation, and system efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Power BI & Data Analytics

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to support supply chain planning and operations.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and automate reporting.
• Support data-driven decision-making by troubleshooting data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
• Utilize analytics to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.

Master Data Management

• Oversee and maintain master data within SNDL’s ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve master data structures and governance.
• Conduct periodic data audits and implement corrective actions to enhance data integrity.
• Assist in system updates and process improvements related to master data and reporting.

ERP System Management

• Support ERP system upgrades, integrations, and data migration efforts (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
• Work closely with analytics and ERP teams to ensure alignment between reporting and business needs.
• Develop training materials and documentation for best practices in data management.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related data issues and drive improvements in system efficiency.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems and master data management.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report optimization).
• Advanced Excel skills for data validation and transformation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience in SQL and data connectors for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)—a big plus!
• Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Python).
• Background in statistics, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• APICS CPIM certification (Certified in Production and Inventory Management).
• A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
