What You'll Be Doing
- Handling diverse files in civil litigation, family, real estate, and corporate commercial law
- Advising on complex legal matters and supporting Indigenous governance issues
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing legal documents and transactions
- Representing clients in court and before tribunals with professionalism and integrity
- Collaborating with a team of experienced legal professionals in a client-focused environment
- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- High standards of professional ethics, judgment, and discretion
- Interest in corporate law and working with diverse communities, including Indigenous clients
