Estate Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable lawyers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in estate law and the ability to manage a wide range of cases. This role demands excellent communication skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters with empathy and professionalism. An existing client base is preferred.

Duties

• Represent clients in estate law matters
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws
• Draft legal documents with precision and clarity
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with opposing counsel
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications while adhering to confidentiality standards
• Provide clients with clear guidance on their rights and options throughout the legal process

Compensation

We offer a fee-split arrangement or a salary model with a performance bonus. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on year of call and experience.
