Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work fully remote from home and could be asked to come into the Ottawa Home Office periodically.

What You'll Be Doing:
- The role purpose is to plan, execute, and deliver complex HR projects with a significant focus on the roll-out of HR Shared Services. This role is responsible for ensuring significant HR initiatives, particularly with cross functional impact, are delivered on time and on budget, mitigating risk and aligning to strategy.
- Project planning: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional partners and internal HR leads to ensure alignment between project outcomes and stakeholder needs.
- Execution and Delivery: Monitor progress, track KPIs as established by Head of HR Strategic Planning and ensure on time and on budget delivery as well as identify and resolve issues or roadblocks during implementation
- Change Management: Implement change framework strategies to support project adoption, and facilitate testing, training and communication to ease transition and encourage an engaged adoption.
- Project Post Mortem: Evaluate project success against KPIs and deliver post implementation reviews and suggest continuous improvement actions.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects.
- Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP)
- Strong organizational skills: proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to work closely with stakeholders and multiple levels within an organization, and communicate clearly and succinctly.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Analytical and problem solving skills
Assets You May Have:
- Process improvement certification, such as Lean Six Sigma
- Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) experience: Previous experience with HRSS launches or process reengineering is an asset
- Corporate or retail experience
