As the Senior Business Analyst you will join a fast-paced team delivering on digital transformation. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will ensure that all requirements deliver high quality results, enable agile team development and align with digital standards. You will lead the development of digital stories, support the implementation of new applications, enhancements or upgrades to achieve program objectives in alignment with business strategies and the overall goal of delivering a best-in-class digital client experience.

You will lead the development of digital stories, support the implementation of new applications, enhancements or upgrades to achieve program objectives in alignment with business strategies and the overall goal of delivering a best-in-class digital client experience.
How You Will Create Impact
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand, gather and document clear and concise business and technology requirements, processes, issues and risks.
- Leading user story mapping sessions with stakeholders from Product, Technology and Design.
- Manage the writing of carefully sized and crafted user stories for development and testing, including elaborating on acceptance criteria to ensure representation of business and technical solutions.
- Facilitating business and technical conversations to gain and develop an understanding of key impacts and utilize information to propose solutions.
- Supporting technical design, development and testing activities by offering subject matter expertise to respond to inquiries, participating in reviews and providing context regarding business needs and requirements.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to the team, ensuring digital standards are clear and adhered to and identifying quality improvement and efficiency opportunities.
- You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, by thinking outside the box with a primary focus on client needs.
- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.
- You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
- You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.
- You have 5-7 of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working in an agile environment.
- You have a post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science. Having a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation is an asset.
- You have excellent business and systems knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures and workflows, including working with design systems.
- Experience building digital capabilities integrated with Guidewire Billing Center, Policy Center and Claims Center is a strong asset.
- You have practical in-depth knowledge of the digital space, including the ability to apply user-centric approaches to build and understand the digital experience.
