The person in this strategic role will play a key part in processing payroll, while also supervising the team and continuously improving payroll processes.

Position Context and Mission
In a context of sustained growth and the integration of new entities (TMP, HCC, Honeycomb), BPA aims to structure and professionalize its payroll practices. The person in this strategic role will play a key part in processing payroll, while also supervising the team and continuously improving payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate payroll cycles for multiple entities within the group (including both integrated and non-integrated entities).
- Supervise and support two Payroll and Benefits Administrators in their daily tasks.
- Standardize payroll processes and ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
- Serve as a key resource for complex or strategic payroll and benefits questions.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure efficient and integrated use of Dayforce.
- Actively participate in the integration of new entities and the implementation of standardized payroll processes.
- Generate and analyze payroll-related reports (vacation, time banks, benefits, deductions, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits and ensure rigorous follow-up on legal obligations.
- Train and mentor the team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- University degree in administration, accounting, or human resources
- PCP or CPM (Certified Payroll Manager) certification – an asset
- 6 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including at least 2 years in team supervision or coordination
- Strong experience with Dayforce (essential) and knowledge of ADP, QuickBooks, or other integrated HR systems – an asset
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to manage priorities, propose solutions, and mobilize a team
