What You’ll Need

• Red Seal Industrial Mechanic/Millwright certification
• Ability to interpret blueprints and fabricate/construct machinery
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work rotating or weekend shifts
• Safety-first mindset with a track record of responsibility
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in sawmill or lumber processing environments
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing hot oil kiln systems
• High adaptability and enthusiasm for working with automated technology
