We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager on behalf of our client in Mississauga well-established organization in the Audio-Visual industry. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset-a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and managing complex sales cycles involving AV technologies.


Role Overview

You will collaborate with Senior Management, Engineering, Design, and Project teams to ensure client requirements are successfully executed. You’ll lead efforts in sales development, manage both existing and new client accounts, and take ownership of sales forecasts and quoting, all while ensuring project profitability.


Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal team members such as Project Managers, Designers, Programmers, and others throughout the project lifecycle

• Drive business development through cold calling, networking, and initiating sales and marketing activities

• Manage existing client relationships while proactively developing new ones

• Prepare and create quotations and proposals for clients

• Follow up on client requests in a timely, professional manner

• Establish and maintain vendor relationships

• Travel to client sites as required (location flexibility may be needed)

• Manage and organize all sales opportunities using CRM software


Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

• Independent, self-directed, and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems

• Industry experience in Audio Visual (AV) solutions

• Familiarity with professional AV and control systems such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, etc.

• Experience using CRM and quoting software
