Responsibilities:


  • Ensure sound management of workplace injuries for your clients within a matrix work team
  • Guide your clients in the continuous improvement process aimed at reducing the impact of workplace injuries on their organizational and financial performance
  • Advise your clients in efforts to maintain employment relationships and accompany them during workstation visits as part of rehabilitation
  • Establish, in collaboration with stakeholders, strategies for optimal litigation management at the Administrative Review level
  • Contribute to enhancing the integrated service offering by proposing solutions to clients for better OHS management (training, medical expertise, prevention, legal, outsourcing, ergonomics, etc.)


Qualifications and Skills Required:


  • Bilingual (English/French) spoken and written (required)
  • 2-3 years experience in workplace injury management in Quebec
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations or DEC in a field related to the function (legal, administration, human resources)
  • Master the process of opening and following up on CNESST files (administrative and medical) and the rules governing temporary assignment
  • Experience in workplace injury management on a Canadian basis is considered an asset
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Computer skills, knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Suite are considered assets
  • Team player who promotes collaboration
  • Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability
  • Developed organizational sense to effectively manage priorities and follow-ups
