Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand

We’re looking for a skilled Lead Hand to join our landscape maintenance team — someone who can run a crew and step in when the Foreman’s away. If you’ve got solid experience, take pride in your work, and want to grow with a company that actually walks the talk, this might be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a maintenance crew on regular routes (mowing, trimming, weeding, garden cleanups)
• Filling in for the Foreman as needed — managing sites, staying on schedule, and coordinating with the office
• Training newer crew members and making sure the job’s done right
• Reporting issues like irrigation breaks, plant problems, or extras that need quoting
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance
• You’ve led a crew or are ready to take that step
• You take initiative, communicate well, and don’t cut corners
• Valid driver’s license is required
